As a first time customer of Dead Eye you can purchase directly from our website, and If you don’t absolutely love your Dead Eye bait in the first 30 days after receiving your bait, ship it back and we’ll give you your money back. That’s right! For the first 30 days, if your DeadEyeNation.com purchased bait isn’t living up to your fish-catching dreams, just send it back for a full refund or exchange. Whether it’s a refund, a swap, or just some fishing advice you need, we’ve got you covered. 

The not so fine print: This offer is not valid for the following: 

  • Baits purchased anywhere but DeadEyeNation.com (this allows us to see you are a first time customer trying out our brand and not a repeat customer who already knows the hype is real!)
  • Baits that took a permanent vacation to the bottom of the lake, it'd be hard to send it back anyways. 
  • Baits mysteriously “borrowed” by your fishing buddy.
  • Baits that had an unfortunate encounter with a car tire, lawnmower, or anything else not fishing-related; we're trusting you here!
  • Minor scratches or cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect your bait’s performance (because a few battle scars just mean you’re putting in work!).
  • Freight back to us. Until UPS starts offering free shipping, you'll have to pay them to get it back to us. If you request an exchange, we'll obviously pay freight.
